Ten on Tuesday.

1. Our Women’s Bible study group was canceled this morning, but we enjoy hanging out for two hours each Tuesday morning that we got together over here today to keep in rhythm. Food, fruit, fellowship and cards. A good combination on any account- even if cards doesn’t follow my alliterate sentence I was trying to create there). Here’s the beautiful women God has placed in my life this year (minus Ginger, our fearless leader):

_MG_0773-Edit(l-r: Becky (her Josiah is below left), Susy with Lolo, Dana with Adam, Ashleigh, Melanie, Janelle, and me)

2. My friend Denee’ and I are heading out to see New Moon tonight- I don’t feel like I’m over the top excited like most fifteen year olds, but the fact that we are going makes me feel like I’m fifteen-years-old. So, there’s that.

3.  The other day Sarah asked me if she could do the circle and find game. Wait for it.

4. I just put my name in the hat for a super cute necklace giveaway over at 60piggies. If you’re a fan of necklaces with words / names / sayings, run over and check out this crafty mamas Etsy shop!

5. I am looking forward to Christmas music next week. I have a strict rule (I have many rules come to think of it) that I don’t put anything up, play anything or send anything out Christmas related until December 1st. I have no idea why, but 25 days of Christmas cheer seems to be enough for me.

6.  Are you still wondering what circle and find game Sarah wanted to play? An old wordsearch. She loves finding words, just like her mama. I love that.

7. What are your turkey day plans? I have a date with the cutest chef ever and them Cowboys better show up and play a good game!

8. An exchange of e-mails with Suzi today resulted in a complaint of soreness (on my behalf) and  my favorite quote of late:

My thighs are sore…burning cottage cheese can be painful ;)

And if you know what cottage cheese is in regards to legs, than you might be chuckling at home, too. She’s too funny!

9. I’m almost done with Christmas cards – I only get to send 50 this year, so if you’re on the nice list, you may get one from us. But if you don’t, it’s probably because I cut down my list again this year.

10. I’ll leave you with a little crafty goodness from this morning:

Enjoy your Tuesday!

There were three girls in my freshmen English class in HS(including me) that had names with alliteration. He used to call on one of us and then say Missy M, Kerry K, Bridget B – ALLITERATION! Wierd back then, but funny to me now…(last names omitted for privacy but you get my point:)
